||I am an internationally-focused finance professional with extensive experience in development finance, project finance, corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions. My competence areas include valuations, transaction structures, business and financial due diligence as well as financial and business analysis. Working in development finance and transaction advisory services I have gained valuable understanding in several business sectors. I have a master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration.
I am interested in employment opportunities in development finance and other activities related with the development of emerging markets and economies in transition.

Finnfund is the bilateral development finance institution of Finland, providing
financing in the form of long-term investment loans, mezzanine instruments and
equity to companies and projects operating in developing countries. Finnfund
has a portfolio of investments and undisbursed commitments of approximately
450 million euros and makes new financing decisions worth approximately 100
million euros per year.
As an investment officer I have responsibility for investments over their life
cycle from initiation through due diligence and contract negotiations to follow-up
and exit. I currently focus on conventional energy and infrastructure sectors,
including tourism infrastructure, globally. Previously I focused in manufacturing
sector and I continue to have several projects in that sector under my

As a leader of the Valuation and Business Modelling services, I was
responsible for the business of the sub service line in Finland. This included
developing and marketing the services, building customer relationships,
building the capacities and leading the daily business of the team and leading
certain major assignments. The scope covered all client industries and included
domestic and cross-border transactions and project finance structures. Among
the clients were Nokia, Stora Enso, KONE, Skanska, Aker Kvaerner, Sydkraft
and several municipal energy companies.
As a Manager and Senior Manager my role was that of a project leader in the
services described above.

M&A, valuation and project finance.
